Communicating Events

At the beginning of each term the school sends out a Dates for your Diary planner with all major events listed including sporting events, whole school celebrations, class assemblies, FoBS events and so on. In addition we have information added to our school Facebook page regularly about upcoming events & news.

A monthly school newsletter is emailed to parents/carers. The newsletter includes information about what the pupils are doing in school, forthcoming events, news from the Multi-Academy Trust and any general messages.

The school also uses Class Dojo and Facebook to share updates about what is happening in school.

The school have also introduced the use of MCAS (My Child At School) which is an app parents/ primary caregivers can use to book lunches, wraparound care, breakfast club, FoBS tickets for events and much more. The app also enables our families to check their own data we hold for their child ensuring records are all up to date. Families can also view their children's attendance and book and pay for school trips.
