Ash and Willow visit an Organic Farm
Ash Class and Willow had a fantastic day on their farm trip last Friday at Lower Hewood Farm, where they explored what life is like on an organic farm. The visit helped the children build on their recent learning about the life cycle of plants, bringing their enquiries to life in a real-world setting. Schools Against Waste
Last week, we welcomed Kate from Carymoor Environmental Trust , who came to teach us all about recycling as part of the Schools against waste programme Both Ash and Beech classes took part in fun, engaging workshops that helped us learn how to care for our planet, be responsible citizens, and recycle properly.
